The true measure of a sales team is not just how they treat you before you buy from them, but it is how they deal with you after you have spent money with them. I have had experience in the past with garages that were excellent prior to buying a vehicle, but once out of the door the level of service dropped. Now, when buying a second hand vehicle there is always a chance of an issue, and to me it is how the company deals with that issue that sets them apart from the others. I recently purchased a car from Marshall & Sons and it had an issue. But, the way they dealt with the issue was exemplary, and I would recommend them to anyone; their customer care extends beyond the moment you sign on the dotted line and I would happily buy another vehicle from them with peace of mind that if there is an issue it will be dealt with promptly and with the same level of service I had from the moment I walked in as a prospective customer.
